I bought this while traveling because my old backpack just wasn't working for me any more. I specifically wanted a clamshell style and the strap to slide over the luggage handle. Prior to the trip I bought my third Travelon purse and each purchase has been for a change of use, style, and color, never because it has worn out. I tested this backpack when I arrived home by putting everything from my old pack in there and it all fit beautifully and in a far more compact frame. This means when it is on my body I will be far less likely to bump into others on public transit and I'll also be able to just slide it on my roller bag and take the added weight off my back. I haven't officially traveled with it yet, but I have my eye on my next flight in October!
