I honestly, have never had a better buying experience with an outline store. The communication was prompt and accurate. I purchased the new EG-3 and couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase. I love it so much. I had my guitar instructor try it out and he was absolutely blown away by the quality and feel of the guitar. I had the locking tuners installed by traveler and am so impressed with the tuning stability.

There was a misunderstanding about the installation of the locking tuners but they were able to get it straightened out before they shipped it to me. Shipped with tuners were installed. It was setup great. I'm happy as $h(*!

Good product, good price, good customer service, good delivery. However, PayPal is not a credit card. When properly set up it requires no further information from the customer. No forms need to be filled out. Imagine this: PayPal sends Traveler an order for goods payment for goods, shipping, tax, etc. a shipping address Traveler does what it does best: it sends another good guitar out into the world (without requiring further customer information). Try this: Find someone who has made an internet purchase using PayPal. Ask that person to demonstrate a purchase from Home Depot (because theirs is set up properly). PayPal customers appreciate privacy.

I just purchased the Traveler Lava acoustic guitar and I LOVE the guitar. The quality, action and playability far exceeded my expectations. The packaging was good and the guitar came from California to Alabama in the winter time and was still in tune. It plays as good as my Martin D35 and my Taylor 914ce. I love that I can practice and play when I travel. The pickup is good quality as well. Highly recommend the guitar.
