Shipping was as expected, video and online instructions were clear, concise, and extremely beneficial to the upgrade. Staff communicated issues and expectations immediately when faced with a troubleshooting issue, and weren't hesistant to find a solution to solving the problem, which led to the issue being sorted out.

I already had changed out all other speakers with kickers, Pod, Sub and kick panel but sound still not what it should be. After seeing a video on dash speaker installation, I reached out to TRAIL SEVEN and explained that I've already changed all other speakers with Kickers but needed Three kickers for my dash. They came through with the complete set up (Speakers clipped to fit and wire harness adapter) I had contacted them mistakenly thinking they should have shipped earlier. My bad! The owner reached out and explained to me the process to get order prepared. Can't say enough about the integrity and honesty of this company. So sorry I doubted you guys. My system sounds fantastic and Now lives up to the B&O Brand. I recommend TRAIL SEVEN weather a Bronco or Jeep owner these guys have all the right stuff. Great sound and more. . .

I cant say enough things about this company and their customer service. They worked hard to help get my audio to exactly where I wanted it. First time around, I didn't carefor the results because it just wasnt what i was looking for. Within a couple days we had a solution and within a couple weeks I was more than satisfied. The extremely prompt responses to my bombardment of questions never stopped. Seems as if they do actually care about their customers, which is not something too many companies show anymore. I will be talking about how good they were to me for a long time, to anyone who will listen.
