You can see the kick stand the splitter came with. Quite useless for me. Had to use the forks on my tractor to set it on the ball and take off. Now I can use the crank or…. The socket attachment and a drill to raise and lower the hitch onto the ball. Much easier and healthier for me.

The refurbished valet is great and is working as described. The customer service was great as well. Thank you! One thing that would make this even better is if it had a button or spring that the break lever could be held in the disengage position.

One of the best tools I've ever bought. Tight places are no longer a hassle; you just need to get it close, un hook and put your trailer anywhere you want. I had to leave my trailer in a remote location for several days so I used this to park the tongue right up against a barrier for additional security. This goes in the bed of my truck every time I tow a trailer.

Axle kit worked great to tune up my older trailer valet.

The staff of trailer valet was second to none in getting me a replacement bushing immediately and with the utmost ease. Awesome customer service but the overall durability of the trailer jack is about 90%.

I really do like my new trailer jack. I had to make a run to Home Depot to purchase longer bolts than what came with the jack, but that was no problem. I will make this suggestion about the bolts. Whether you are using the 4” bolts or 6” that I bought, use a smaller hex head than what came with the order. The 7/8 wrench will not fit into the securing bracket to hold the nut secure. I downsized, using the same size threads but a 1/2 hex head. If you are using a socket set it may not be an issue. I love using an electric drill to raise and lower the jack, it saves on wear and tear on my shoulder and knuckles when slipping off the old cranking jack that I replaced. I’m hoping this unit gives me years of service. I would like to know how often I should add grease into the grease fitting. D Jennings
