Very happy, delivered as promised

Was delivered reasonably quick and I was able to track where the delivery was. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was the delivery driver left the 31kg package outside my porch and it was too heavy for me to bring it inside. It had to sit outside until I could get another adult to help bring it inside the porch.

I paid for a selected day delivery and it came 3 days earlier than selected! However I was really pleased with the price.

My grandson loves the climbing triangle and slide I gifted him for Christmas. Parents like the fact that it folds up for storage and for the ease of setting it up.

Excellent service. Easy to reach and communicate with. When one part was missing, it was very quickly resolved with the replacement part received a few days later. Very happy.

Item was shipped and well packaged. Just would have been better if it was partially assembled for the customer. This could have been achieved and still compact enough to post.
