I have wanted to grey Finley bed frame for 3 years and routinely check on the price for sales. Earlier in the month I saw that it was half priced, best deal ever put on the frame. 4 were in stock and I didn’t need the bed until august but I wanted it now. So I called them and they will able to set my delivery date to a date of my choice but still buy the bed now. They also informed me that this bed was being discontinued which made be so thrilled that I checked the sale at the perfect time before another wishlist item disappeared before I could buy it. A few weeks go by and I check the bed again and it went down $100 more dollars!! I immediately called to see if I could get that new sale price and get a refund of $100 and within hours I received a refund. Customer service was above exceptional and each one was American and had personality! Love my experience and will be purchasing again from this beautiful Women owned company!

My chairs came in SUPER fast which was so exciting. Love all the instructions and branding that came with it and was able to build them on my own [I'm not very handy so this is a big deal!]. They look luxe and feel so soft!
