Love TOV!!

I had an issue with the Parma stools, although beautiful and cool looking, they had an oily residue which required them to be hand cleaned upon arrival. The customer service team was super responsive and addressed the problem right away, giving me options of how to solve the problem. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!
