Shipping was quick super easy to pull out of the box very protected in the shipping box. Highly recommend. I love the modern sleek look, and it just fits perfectly in my living room.

Very good customer service communication via a phone and text. Delivery did take a little longer than expected.

The table is absolutely perfect. Great quality - LOVE it!

Customer service reps were good. I wish the shipping and delivery was a little faster. It took me a month to get the sofa.

The delivery was set up as i requested and it went perfect.

Easy tracking with shipping once it was sent. It was backordered but luckily didn’t take too long from when it was shipped.

I didn’t go for the white glove delivery because nothing to assemble. But the dresser was so expertly packed it was tough to remove the two cardboard boxes with wooden frame by myself. Not a scratch on the dresser!!

Fast shipping , nice quality

nice

Great value, prompt delivery. Will be ordering again.

Gorgeous table! I shopped for months to find the right one, and this is exactly what I was looking for and I'm in love! Great customer service - waiting for it to come back in stock was the hardest part!

My ottoman shipped just a few days after ordering. It was delayed a bit with shipper but still got updates and received it in a reasonable timeframe. Overall super happy and will buy from TOV again!

Arrived sooner than we thought!

Looks just like the picture and I love it so much

Amazing

I think Tov is wonderful! It’s my second experience with them. Both items have come exactly as depicted. Instructions are easy to understand items are easy to assemble, which says a lot because I normally dislike assembling anything.

Best purchase ever

Amazing experience! Great customer service, sofa is perfect & delivery was excellent

Very professional. Love the stools I got. Great experience all around

Shipping was quick & packaged nicely! I loved the chair so much I bought a second one. The chair is more a conversation piece which is exactly what I wanted. Not for kicking back watching tv. Very comfortable and great quality. Swivels nicely.
