I love the playmat. It’s strong and has a beautiful design. I had terrible issues with the delivery company DX, who claimed to have delivered my playmat to a random address on my street but never did. I was very worried I would’ve lost out on a large sum of money but when I got in touch with Lucy at Totter &Tumble, I was delighted with the customer service I received. They ran an investigation and sent out a replacement mat within the week. I did not feel comfortable using the previous courier so they arranged delivery with a far more trusted service. Lucy was so quick to respond and kept me in the loop the whole time. Very pleased to receive such great service considering the headache the delivery company gave me. Thank you again for a wonderful playmat.

We recently bought two mats from Totter + Tumble (The Kempton & The Charmer) for our little one who’s just starting to explore, and we couldn’t be happier! He absolutely loves them. They look beautiful in our home, feel really sturdy, and are wonderfully soft—perfect for little hands and knees on the move. We did have a small hiccup with the delivery company at first, as they failed to deliver to our address. However, the customer service from Totter + Tumble was fantastic. They reached out promptly and resolved the issue straight away, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great product and excellent customer service—highly recommend!

Great quality, it arrived so quickly and is exactly what we need for our baby and two dogs!

Definitely limited in the designs; they’re all similar. Just blocked colours and a variations of designs would have been preferred. Also definitely miss-sold as the mats move on tiles which is frustrating as had I known I wouldn’t have bothered and it is dangerous now the mat moves around my kitchen and can’t order one for the bathroom. I should have tried a different brand.

Worth every penny. Our mat has perfectly sectioned out our play area in our living room, and is now our favourite place to hang out. The print is stunning, and the quality is incredible. Much squishier than I expected, in the best way. It's expensive, but it'll see us through all our kids and beyond, no doubt!

The mat is beautiful but it had a really toxic smell for weeks. I think it has mostly dissipated, but made me feel like it wasn't as nontoxic as I thought

Absolutely love the Totter and Tumble play mat! I have now purchased three and will continue to do so. I have had soo many compliments from visitors to my house wanting to know where I purchased them from as nobody has seen anything quite like it before with the beautiful designs or felt a mat so comfortable underfoot! My orders arrived very quickly and were very well packaged . When it did come to ordering it was a simple process and shipping was really fast. I also appreciated the follow up emails with details about caring for the play mat.

Absolutely love the mat, bought a couple for our daughter’s house too! They are soft, comfortable, great to look at. They are expensive and it would be amazing if there were some better loyalty offers. Very good communications about delivery and minimal packaging. I do love then even as a runner in the kitchen!
