do better with shipping, we received broken unit

Love these shelves and have purchased many of them! They are great value and good quality. However the most recent set are missing holes required for assembly. Once we can find someone with the tools to fix it I know they will be sturdy and nice.

Shipping was fast!

I did not receive and updates about shipping or delivery as promised.

The design is excellent, and the product is highly functional. However, the delivery experience was a disaster. The first shipment arrived completely destroyed, and when a replacement was sent, the doors were severely damaged and couldn’t be properly adjusted.

The product is first class. You may want to do something about the mold seam on the castor wheels, it marked the floor. we applied adhesive felt. They work and look great. because the top and bottom stand a little proud, it protects your fingers getting pinched in movement. A great product. The Company office is a bit disorganized on communication. The cost of shipping to my state (WA) was unexpectedly high for them so I had to renegotiate the price from a 20% off and free shipping to a hail less than the Amazon price. So, call first and talk to someone and get a formal quote. The product was still worth it.

The table is beautiful just arrived with hot glue on at least 3 areas so it looks like it’s dirty…but overall looks good!

Bad delivery service and they send damaged products

Customer service was poor. We tried to call/email about the shipping status, and could not reach anybody. We eventually received our merchandise, but the process was unpleasant.

It was very easy to order and we received it really quickly.
