I love the olive green and how each item was packaged in individual drawstring bags. The travel cubes are super cool and I like how they have pictures on them to inform you which items go in which cube. Super excited to use everything on my next trip. No checked luggage here!

The duffle was extremely nice but the book bag came with same satins . Didn’t not return cause I needed to use it

I ordered the Buy One Get One Free Duffle Bag & Weekender in Emerald Green, and the bags are very nice, specially the Weekender -the XL Duffle bag has lots of marks from where it has been folded and still trying to get them to straighten out. The promotion said $60 BOGO Free and I ended up paying 166. 91 for both. All over the website these bags are selling for $60 and $55. I feel ripped off. Specially after having to fix the XL bag that came with lots of folds. I would've just ordered the Weekender for $55 and be content. Never again.

Placed an order paid for express shipping didn’t happen. Two of my items did not ship still waiting to hear back as to what happened to them. First time dealing with this company so far not impressed.

When we received the bag, it was wrapped very nicely, and placed inside of a TotenCarry signature drawstring bag, the bag looks exactly like it does on the picture very well made and the detail is beautiful, we love it!

I purchased the 4piece tote set when it was buy 1 get 1 free. Such a great deal and a great buy. Shipping was fast and quality seems good but I am on a trip at this moment and this is the first time I have worn my tote bag and the jeans I am wearing which I’ve washed at least once a week since I bought them last year (worn for work) seems to be bleeding on the pink bag. Not even dark denim more like a mid denim. This makes me upset as I don’t understand why this is happening. I hope it isn’t too bad by the time I am home or else there goes my bright pink weekender tote that I just purchased. If you have any suggestions on how to get the dye off the pink bag please let me know! For this reason I can’t give it 5 stars.

I love the rolling duffel bag that I purchased. It’s true to size, color and durability. It’s the best carry on luggage I’ve ever purchased. The beauty of the bag is unmatched. Great buy for the price. You won’t be disappointed I give it a 5 star review.

Ordered a few items from the website and right after purchasing I noticed I ordered the wrong sets. (It was a birthday gift for my sister) Saw their FAQs and read that you can cancel within 30 minutes of purchase. I cancelled the order not even 5 minutes after purchasing and the order still went through after receiving an AI confirmation email stating my cancellation request was sent to a “human” representative. Failure #1: No one reached out to me and I received an email that the order was shipped 24 hours later. I paid for express shipping which is one business day. Failure #2: My order arrived 5 days later and when received the shipping label clearly stated 2 day air showing that it was not shipped with the priority of next day shipping. When my package arrived I was missing an item and requested a refund and a refund for the express shipping since they clearly didn’t do. I still haven’t received a response to my complaint, but 2 days later I received an email stating my order has shipped. Failure #3: Not only did they not reach out regarding my query, they ignored the fact that I stated I wanted a refund for the item they missed and sent it anyways. Nice products, but definitely would not recommend purchasing with express or expedited shipping. Won’t be ordering from this company again. How they treat their consumers is appalling.

I wasn't sure what I was getting cause sometimes when they say great quality you get that pleather, or that fake stuff. This bag right here is amazing. It has all the space that I need, the quality material used is very sturdy and the details in the material it awesome, I have gotten so many compliments on this bag. I will be definitely ordering again

This review is long overdue, out of all of the Tote and Carry luggage that I’ve purchased, I get stopped constantly when I carry rebellious roar set!!!! I get endless compliments. I love that it’s roomy and durable. Please bring this back in different prints:)

I was shipped the wrong item. I emailed the returns department and told mr I was mistaken even after I sent them pictures of the 2 bags side by side. I just hope when they receive my return. They do not try and say, I sent them. The wrong bag

I purchase from Tote&Carry. Although the item were advertised at 50% off, the quality of the products I received does not match the way they are presented online. The materials and overall craftsmanship feel very cheap, and the bags look like knockoff products being sold at a discount. Even at 50% off, the quality does not justify the price. I honestly would have been better off purchasing something similar from a flea market for far less. What is even more frustrating is that I paid for the return shipping, yet the company refused to issue a refund. That is unacceptable. A sale should not mean customers lose their right to receive products that match the advertised quality. The marketing feels extremely misleading, and the return process lacks fairness and transparency. I am requesting a full refund immediately. Consumers deserve honesty — discounted or not.
