First I would like to say that the luggage is beautiful and the quality is sturdy. The delivery was very fast. However, I wanted to return the item but since I requested a return label no one has reached out to me. I also paid in my initial order for a return label. Unfortunately this is very unfortunate. I will not be making any future purchases. So sad to say because the quality is amazing. Quality 5 stars Customer service 1 star

This is a beautiful duffle. I got for when I go into the hospital for labor and delivery. It’s nice and deep. Beautiful hardware. Really just a beautiful bag all together. Amazing craftsmanship. Only complaint I was a sent a coupons that expired March 2025. This bad is pure perfection

Got it — here’s a revised version that reflects that clearly and still hits strong: --- I’m really disappointed with this experience. The website and social media clearly advertised a buy one, get one free (BOGO) promotion on totes. However, when I tried to check out, it was charging me for both items instead of applying the promotion. I reached out to customer support multiple times over nearly two weeks by both email and phone, but received no response at all. Because I needed the item in time for Mother’s Day, I ended up purchasing just one tote instead. To make matters worse, when it arrived, it was shipped in a plastic bag with no box or proper packaging, which was very disappointing given the expectation set by the brand. Overall, the lack of communication, misleading promotion, and poor packaging made this a frustrating experience.
