The process of delivery went well. I phoned about 4 weeks ago and asked someone to give me a call. This never happened. I am extremely old (57) so I dont get the phone hate.

Every few months I look over Torchmonster's website because I regularly refer friends to the product range -because they envy my Nitecore HC35 and I show them where to buy. It's a very clear website and the expanded info work well, very informative especially with the multiple photos.

I’m a paramedic and the company provided torches are big and bulky so I have bought 2 now from torch monster, they have a great range and the delivery was speedy.

I bought these as it was stated they could replace 2 x Nitecore NL166 RCR123A. Unfortunately this is not the case as they are slightly larger in diameter and will not fit inside my Relink security cameras. This is a shame as 1 NL1823 is cheaper than 2 x NL 166. Fortunately I have some flasklights that use 18650 batteries, so they will get used.

By far the best lights I own, even compared to other branded ones. Torch monster was easy to deal with and really quick shipping! Would highly recommend their services
