We got the lantern after checking out other internet reviews and it is a great. It has a great storage capacity that that you can charge your phone from and still have plenty of torch light time left. The service from Torchmonster in my opinion was second to none. I will definitely buy there again and highly recommend them.

I contacted torchmonster almost a month ago, through both in app messaging and via email about returning a torch before I bought a new one from you. I have received absolutely no response entirely. I have read through all your returns terms policy’s and I am 100% I am entitled to a return. This seems very shady to me. Appalling customer service.

Happy! Lightweight. Strong light at three settings, SOS, red light too. Fits well. Have sewn my own pouch. Have popped instructions from packaging into the pouch as will take me a while to remember how to access the functions by heart, especially with time in between use. Ruined for other torches now, this one is the best! Would recommend. A+
