Love all my Topo stuff!

I really like this bag, it’s the perfect size and I love the purple color. One thing I wish this bag had is the contrasting inner lining. The inner lining is black, which is fine, but I expected the contrast lining because all my other Topo bags have it. Overall a great bag and I am pleased with it.

The website is easy to maneuver, customer service is incredible and the goods are awesome!

This is the greatest bag of all time. From a simple weekend away to hiking through the jungle this bag does it all. It is also the perfect size to fit as a personal item on a plane under the seat in front you.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the Hibi Matches. Even though these matches are small, they give off such a nice, peaceful scent!!! Great gifts for yourself and/or others!

Site is overall easy to navigate. It was easy to find reviews and size charts. I'm sure you utilize a vendor for your checkout/payments/return, so this is more feedback for them (or for your UX & product teams). I'm sure the patterns of strongly pushing returns for exchanges or store credit is touted as an overall net positive for your bottom line, but it's slightly confusing and frustrating so select a return for refund, only to have exchange or store credit continued to be pushed/having to select the refund option. It a dark pattern and makes it difficult to want to try your clothing as someone who is between sizes & has a body type that is generally not catered to in the outdoors clothing space. If that part of the experience is configurable, it may be something to look at changing. If not, know that it reflects poorly on your brand.

Such a great experience. They were so helpful.

Shipping was a good pace and packaging was fine. The website didn't provide enough information on whether the size was going to fit differently from earlier versions.

This bag is exactly what I wanted. I can carry it like a briefcase or messenger bag. It has a nice compact size with tons of organization pockets. My laptop fits snuggly. Can’t recommend it enough!

Nice product. Could use an internal zip pocket for loose items.
