Got this Rover Pack Mini a few weeks ago. When I opened the parcel, I felt the backpack is a bit small for me. However, I have been using it every day so far. Just wish I ordered the Rover Pack Classic! This backpack is great for carrying essential stuff (keys, cell phone, a small notebook and a water bottle. ) For me, I would need a bit more extra space for other stuff. Thinking about ordering the Rover Pack Classic. . . Will update my review if I order it. Overall, I like the design and the quality. :)

I ordered a roller luggage with expedited delivery of two days for a trip I was taking. When I reached out about not receiving my item yet and requesting a refund for the delivery charge, I was fully refunded. Once I received the bag, luckily in time to fly, I was impressed with the style, organization, and space. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and experience with guest services.

In my personal experience, TOPO Design products (from button-up shirts, to sweaters, and ESPECIALLY their bags!) are always super-stylish, comfortable, and high quality. (Those bag zippers! YES! More, please!!) I have one request and one constructive criticism… 1) Larger-volume roll-along. I need just a smidge more space. 2) my only criticism - & it’s a minor but one you feel - is the packing/shipping time. Color me spoiled by the quick-ship culture… I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long to get my products.

I love the fabric, the colors, and the designs. I have spent a lot of money on Topo Design bags. Great stuff!!

This bag is stylish but lacks some functionality compared to other similar 3-way briefcase bags. It could use more organization, especially in the main compartment. It could also use a much better strap. Shipping w Canada Post was super slow, which will dissuade me from buying from topo again.

I bought this bag as it stated it will fit all carry ons. It measures . 5" larger than stated and it does not fit all Canadian carriers. I reached out to customer service to request a refund (it was on sale and doesn't necessarily qualify under standard returns) and I have yet to receive a response. I loved Topo and have well over a dozen products but this experience has left a sour taste towards the brand.

I’ve tried to contact the company through their Canadian support email address for 3 weeks now and have not heard a response. Not impressed at all with their customer support. I’ll be hesitant to make future purchases with Topo Designs again.

I've purchased multiple products from Topo Designs. Right now I use their 30L global travel bag on a daily basis. I absolutely love the design and durabliity of the pockets. I'm tempted to get a day pack and alternate when I have less to carry. Fantastic products!!!!

I paired this with my Rover Classic to ease the need to carry my backpack though the airport. The pack system allowed the Rover to be attached seamlessly. I decided on this bag to act as my carry on bag due to the smaller dimensions than the full hard case rollers. I really enjoy the ability to be able to carry as a backpack as well.
