Call to CR store - indicating lining/zipper ripped (suitcase) on a recent trip. Instructed to bring suitcase to CR store since it is the closest locatin for me, which was great, as I made the purchase at the Flagship store in Denver. Upon arrival, explained the zipper and lining tore aware from suitcase. (Not stuffed or over packed). Expecting repair, and they gave me a brand new suitcase on the spot. Customer service was superior - the nice girl called her manager for instructions to complete swap. I left with a new suitcase! I feel compelled to metion that I do own several pieces of TOPO Design bags/suitcases, that I love. This particular suitcase was my recent purchase, and the bag must have been defective, as all my older bags remain in great shape. This happend in November, and I have since forgotten the name of the nice girl at the service desk. My apologies, but thank you ever so much! I can’t wait to use my new bag this month and travel. I travel for work A LOT, and I needed a briefcase that could a trolley sleeve to sit on top of my carry-on. I found this bag through a review online, and it has not disappointed. The two pockets on the front allow me to quickly grab my phone and wallet, and it fits my laptop great.
