First time purchase at Toolnut for us.I bought an adapter and hose for our Festool dust extractor. I was not certain as to the proper diameters and was not home to measure. An on-line chat rep assisted me in both the adapter and the hose. It then arrived in a three days without expedited shipping. Fits and works perfectly. I'll be returning here for future purchases.

I found Tool Nut while searching for a Festool accessory. So, my first purchase was small. It arrived very quickly, packaged well. So I didn't hesitate to order againg - they offered an especially good price on a tool I liked. It arrived with minor damage - a small crack in the case - the tool was undamaged. What to do? Almost too small to mention (my friend called me a baby!), but I sent in a picture. Within a few days I had a new case! That is superlative customer service to go with the great selection and pricing others have mentioned. I don't find everything I need here, but I always look here before I buy! One more thing to mention: This place is run by living, breathing people! I appreciate the prompt, personal response to every inquiry.

Seriously, I can buy tools and supplies at a number of places much closer to me - I live in Staten Island, NY - but I drive over 70 miles to the guys at The Tool Nut because of their outstanding customer service, full display line of Festool Products and their ability to get me what I need in a timely manner. This place is the best, and I would drive even further if I had to!

This was my first order and there will be many more. Here is what I liked: 1. Toolnut had the stuff in stock, when other companies were two weeks out on the same stuff. 2. I called just to check on the ship date and guess what? I talked to a real person and did not get stuck in an automated queue. 3. My stuff arrived in TX within three days and I am happily using it. My wife purchased for me 12/09/09 a DC011 Dewalt radio/battery charger. At the time I was 69,yrs old, so I only used it whwn gardening, changing auto oil etc. Kind of like having a boat in Ohio. The volume just went out. Dewalt said they colud not get the part,& this model all have the same issue when brought in for repair. Will not purchase a De Walt replacement.

My Grex pin nailer works as advertised. Quite. Accurate. Easy to load. It does the job it was built to do. I really, really like it...a lot.
