Well to start I ordered 2 day shipping and didn’t get them for a week I got the boots and they were really nice other than the cheap leather that peels right off after kicking them off your feet a couple times, got me a pair of steel toed boots and those are pretty comfy and nice

The boots were a terrible fit, they were too wide and did not fit anywhere like they should have for standard width and size. The boots have been more in previously, whether it be in a store or other, because the soles were scratched considerably on the bottom. The outsole stitching was frayed and loose where it terminated. I did not keep the boots given the price and the quality. Sent them back for a full refund, which I have yet to receive, and purchased a pair of Lucchese’s.

I know my feet have gotten wider but these new boots fit just as well as my 20+ year old boots. Thank you Tony Lama.

Boots are pretty good could use better options for replacement insoles

I have a $280 pair of Tony Lama’s that I purchased to gift and they can’t even be worn due to defective insoles that are wrinkled in the toe area. I was informed that I could return them for exchange if the same boots are available or I can take them to a cobbler. I guess I will be taking the brand new unworn Tony Lama’s to get repaired. Not the quality that I expect from Tony Lama as I have 3 pairs myself.
