I need these boots replaced! or refunded! Willing to give Tony Lama a 2nd chance to show me they make quality boots. Cost too much to fall apart within two month of very little use!

The shipping didn’t take long at all the only thing I was concerned about was the packaging it came in a see through plastic that had the size of the boots in plain site to me that was inviting somebody to take them but all in all they arrived and I really love them I drove long distance in a big rig and every time I went by your factory in El Paso Tx I wanted to stop and buy a pair but every time I couldn’t stop because I was running late but I finally bought a pair and I’m glad I did

Right out of the box I noticed the leather was delaminating in the heel stack of both boots. Also the leather is a little thinner than I would imagined but maybe I was diluted.

Like I said - Best Boots in the West Look Good - Feel Good - Thanks

Great creativity in color combination offerings and realistic wide width fit.

Was happy to find this style of boots.. received the order in two days!!!

Great boots! Very comfortable...look good

Very satisfied

On the heel it has some extra cloth and it’s giving me a rash and a callus on my heel started to grow

quick and easy

Flawless experience, very happy with everything.

These make for nice church boots or going out to dinner boots. The rubber outsole gives a more traction than slick leather. In a few years they might get moved out to the garage and replace an aging pair of work boots - which I’m sure they’d be great at - but until then, “they look sharp” as the wife says.

Great boots

Love my boots. Packaging was top notch and shipping was fast.

Great boots

Love my boots, but the first pair was damaged during shipping and I’m waiting on credit

I made an exchange for a bigger size and it went well. Kinda confused me on returning, then charging my money in order to do it, but it's all good.

Thanks guys!

A great fit for wide wide feet

Quick shipping.
