Very disappointed with the two right footed boots we were sent and no coupon or anything offered to buy a new pair. Had to travel 40 minutes out of our way to return them to a fed ex drop off point.

I needed black boots for a formal function and these were perfect. Beautiful but not flashy showing superior quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately my left foot is wide and could not fit in the 12D. My right foot was very happy though. I could not get them on time in EE so I had to return them, which was as easy as buying them online. The lady in customer service was very helpful and friendly. I am still mad at my left foot. B
