They arrived on time with great tracking. Considering they are not based in England the service is very quick. Also well packaged.

Terrible - the shoes have never reached me and they’re no help at all.

Diabolical service. I do not have the order but am being asked to review it. Keep getting rediculous messages about delays at customs. Have asked for my money back but have neither the money or the shoes. Will never deal with Toms again.

Great as always. Was kept up to date with delivery which was helpful and I liked the message with the tracking info on it. Only hold up was customs and that just put it out a day. But nobody has control with that apart from customs .

I won’t be buying from Toms again because of the shockingly poor customer service and ridiculously long delivery time.

The dye on the zigzag design inside the shoe comes off on my socks and feet couldn’t get some of it off my toes NOT HAPPY very cheaply made

Good service and quick delivery

Product is brilliant, but shipping company UPS needs to work on customer services. They stated they attempted delivery, despite the fact I stayed in all day, they made no attempt to deliver!
