The dye on the zigzag design inside the shoe comes off on my socks and feet couldn’t get some of it off my toes NOT HAPPY very cheaply made

Product is brilliant, but shipping company UPS needs to work on customer services. They stated they attempted delivery, despite the fact I stayed in all day, they made no attempt to deliver!

The first pair of slippers i bought from this company were incredibly comfortable with a very thick layer of foam underfoot and a flexible base. The old model was not available of course as companies just change stuff to appear "modern". These new slippers were the next best choice on the website and are markedly different from my first pair. The base of the slipper is rock solid and has no grip at all on the bottom. The foam is about half the depth of the old model. After wearing them for an hour my feet started to hurt as the base is too stiff. I will persevere and have tried flexing them to try and help but its still not good. Whilst i appreciate how Toms is a great company and used to donate free shoes and slippers to the needy , this is the reason i came back and ordered another pair of their slippers. The slippers are well made but i am unimpressed with the cheaper design and comfort cutting corners. So not happy overall.
