My order was rescheduled multiple times with dates being changed, and at the end of the day it was not even delivered to my house as I paid for, it was dropped at a pickup point

Buy these was sliders was easy and the communication about delivery was very good.

I have a lot of Tom's sandles and shoes as I always find them very comfortable. These sandles took about a week to "wear-in" as there is a ridge on both sandles by the small toe! However after about a week of "wearing them in" they are fine.

Too small made would recommend going a size up delivery was on time

Awful! Didn’t make it in time for a birthday present, was stuck in customs didn’t let me re arrange delivery but was forced to go and collect from a point. The box was half open. This is the first and last time I buy Toms.

I’ve ordered my products to a postage box and I cannot get them. I have contacted Toms about this but I’ve had no response. So at the moment, I have not got over £100 worth of shoes. I’m hoping this review will get Toms to respond. I love Toms shoes so I’m gutted I can’t get to them.
