Useless customer service

Awful! Didn’t make it in time for a birthday present, was stuck in customs didn’t let me re arrange delivery but was forced to go and collect from a point. The box was half open. This is the first and last time I buy Toms.

I’ve ordered my products to a postage box and I cannot get them. I have contacted Toms about this but I’ve had no response. So at the moment, I have not got over £100 worth of shoes. I’m hoping this review will get Toms to respond. I love Toms shoes so I’m gutted I can’t get to them.

Emailed for advice on exchanging for a larger size. Still waiting to hear.

Terrible service. I will be relictant to purchase from this company again. The trainers were too small, despite ordering the usual size. No return label was included, and when I tried to request a return online, the website would not recognise my order number. As a result, I have been unable to return the item. I also emailed customer service and received no response after several days. Overall, this has been a very poor customer service experience.

This is now my 4th pair of TOMS Alpargata Ladies Shoes and I was never disappointed. I will be purchasing the same and maybe a different style in the future.

Great shoes

Too wide and more gold thread evident on the shoe than was visible on the website. The return item has apparently been misdirected at Heathrow and so Im still waiting for my refund.
