I had an issue with the multiple pairs of underwear I purchased. The customer service was very thorough, but in the end replaced all of my purchase. Very professional and helpful during the whole process. I will continue to be a loyal customer of TJ!

Run small and not very as comfortable as description suggests. I'm not sure why they cost so much considering they aren't comfortable and feel flimsy and sizing is off
