Customer service is BEYOND a five star. In such a busy world, a personal note from CS an a quick reply felt nostalgic to me. I want to go on record as saying the fit and feel are PERFECT as always, but here is the reason for the THREE stars, and the ONLY reason: Your "Black" Shirt is not jet black, it is more of a deep gunmetal grey. Against other blacks it looks as if it was run through the wash with a little bit of bleach. I hope you can adjust it, because it would otherwise make the experirence a 6 out of 5 stars, meaning, you exceeded what I would have expected. (I've posted an image with a 10 year old TJ black shirt for reference)
