I ordered the above on 12/14, recv'd approx 12/18. The gel pack is not very cold and doesnt stay somewhat cold. In addition it doesn't stay where you put it, strap doesnt hold it firmly where you want it. I went online to return as its guarnateed-I paid $25,75 plus 7. 99 shipping-Total $32. 74. To return it they want to charge me $12. 50. . not much of a return/completely satisfied policy when you get less then 50% money back guarantee once you pay for shipping. $7. 99 for shipping first time $12. 50 shipping to return
