I needed a larger size shirt from what I ordered. The return/exchange process was easy and I received the replacement in short order.

Initially I found it unfortunate that both of the items I purchased turned out to be the wrong size. My assumption was that a return would be far more trouble than it was worth. After speaking with a representative I learned the return would be easy and I am please to be waiting on the correct sizes to arrive so we can try these Tommie Copper products.
