I have bought my turkey butterfly from Hixson’s for many years and have never been disappointed with its taste or quality. I am not a great cook but guests always comment on how lovely the turkey tastes. I would not buy my turkey from anywhere else.

Ordered butterfly Halal Turkey, it came on time brilliantly packaged, when cooked it was the best turkey Ive had in years. I’ve only knocked a star off because the website wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t choose my delivery day, but will definitely be ordering again.

Perfect butterfly turkey corn. Cooked it for 3 hours in the slow oven in the Aga and then topped it off in the hot oven. Only criticism is we ordered one too big as it would definitely do 16-20 people but it has been wonderful served cold.
