I am very pleased with the basics. That is the quality of your products, prices and delivery arrangements. The main weakness for me is that a high proportion of the things you appear to offer on your website then turn out to be out of stock when you choose them for your ‘basket’. This is rather frustrating and I would much prefer to look at a listing of product which is definitely available. Stuff which may or may not appear later is not of much interest to me.

Really nice fillet - used some for steaks, also 1 piece for a small joint and end pieces for stir fry. Completely happy with this order.

Great but poor packaging
Quick delivery. Great price. Shame that the wrapping was split on ribs packaging. Pork scratchings were all over the inside.

A little mix up with our postage meant most of the our planned meal turned up 2 days late, pretty annoying as we had guests for the wkend. But apart from a pretty flat chateaubriand, all was great
