the food supplied by Tom Hixson is top class, it's a shame the experience is let down by the courier they choose to use, DPD, when you select a certain day for delivery you expect delivery that day, especially for fresh meat and when you stay in for the delivery. Unfortunately, my order was delayed by 24hrs so had to stay home on a saturday which wasn't ideal.

You missed the delivery date, moved from Saturday to Tuesday. Dinner party wrecked. The you delivered them totally understand frozen. Who could eat 5 of these on a Tuesday, even if they were safe to eat? In the bin. Very unhappy

Dpd delivered my meat a day late an was very unapologetic about it. meat obviously defrosted so had to eat it asap everything good from your end tho
