Very friendly and helpful, fast delivery

It took 16 days for my in stock order (2168) to ship. In the year 2026, that is not competitive and is unacceptable. There is no real time website information regarding shipment status (processing, preparing, etc). The website offers a customer service contact telephone number that is non-functioning. The number rings, the line goes dead and never connects with anyone. Your operation and its lack of transparency is one of the most disgusting businesses I've ever encountered. The boastful language found on the Titan Tools website under "About Titan Tools Direct", as it pertains to "Unmatched Service and Support" is quite amusing, as is the ". . . unwavering commitment to our customers" statement. I find it to be quite misleading. I will not be a returning customer to Titan Tools.

Ordered a pad of 8x8 graph paper on 2/22. Didn’t ship for 9 days. Received an email stating there was a delay due to high order volume and it would ship “on or about the next few business days”. Waited 3-4 days and still no ship notification. Called customer service and the agent said she would call the warehouse and get it shipped in the next couple days. Finally shipped 15 business days after placing order (3/13). It was shipped ground which took an additional 5 days. Ordered Feb 22. Arrived March 18. Almost a month for a domestic ship pad of paper. While waiting I shopped, ordered, and received a different pad of paper from another company.

I ordered the Spectra Precision LL100N from Titan Tools Direct. Their website said it was in stock and would ship in 4 to 7 days. It took three weeks before I finally received the product. Once I received the product it was defective. I called Spectra Precision Technical Support directly and we walked through set up steps and troubleshooting and they determined it was a defective unit. They told me to call Titan Tools Direct and said if they do not take care of the problem that Spectra would take care of it for me. I called Titan tools direct and was told that they have to check with the warehouse to see how they would handle this situation. I am waiting for a return phone call.

We ordered a permit docbox on January the 14th. It did not arrive for nearly a month which prompted me to call for status. The gal who answered was very personable but it was clear the order hadn't progressed. She got it moving and the docbox was delivered a couple of days later. . . all the way from Ocala, which is less than two hours up the road.

The Bosch 3. 7V Lithium-Ion Battery Pack is fine, but the customer service was not good. The battery pack arrived 4 weeks after purchase even though it was listed as "in stock" when I bought it. I was told the Titan Tools Direct website was not up to date but that a manager had been made aware that I felt deceived. No one offered to credit even a nominal amount to my account for the inconvenience, and the manager never contacted me. That's not how you treat customers, especially when I could have bought it on Amazon as opposed to a company based in a bordering state.

Site says free shipping on orders over 150 but they still charge for shipping even after calling them on it plenty of other site to buy from
