Experience was pretty good, just didn't get what I ordered. It did take a while for the order to ship, but I'm not sure if that is normal. I had to change the address after placing the order, not sure if that contributed to the delay.

I get free shipping with my orders being over $99.00, but under $99.00 its flat eater is $14.99, not bad at all. Great shipping rate.
