It would have been a 5 star but the bottle came later then was first communicated to me.

Not pleased with time to deliver and the champagne was flat with no bubbles.

I sent an email along with pictures showing that the custom engraving I paid $25 for was not good. One of the letters was completely not visible. I’ve heard nothing back.
