I recently had the unique pleasure of visiting the Tip Top Tailors store in Place d'Orleans (Ontario) mall. Upon entry, I was greeted by a most courteous and professional lady named Inaz. After informing her of my attire needs, it took her mere minutes to size me up (without needing a tailor's tape) and present me with a suit and accessories that look great and are the perfect cut and fit. No alterations were neccessary at all! I am so pleased with the service I recieved and the courtesy I was welcomed with, I would recommend this store to any man in need of formal wear. After a horrible experience with a competitor across the parking lot, we stopped in to this location to find an outfit for an upcoming "Black Tie Optional" wedding. Gonzalo greeted us upon arrival and he was a fantastic resource. This young man understands customer service. He also understands their stock. And finally, he understands what looks good and what doesn't look good. I bought a great tux & accessories for a great price and can't say enough positive things about the service I received. Store Manager - give Gonzalo a raise, he's a great asset to your enterprise.

I was at the Halifax Shopping Centre location and the sales representative Moe took excellent care of me. Sized me up, asked what I was looking for and added helpful suggestions. I didnt feel pressured or forced in anyway. Walked away with a suit coat, dress shirt, tie, pocket square and pants. Very excited to wear it out. Thank you Moe for all your attention to detail and your friendly customer service. I will certainly be back.

I first went into tip top tailors 2 years ago at white oaks mall in London Ontario to get a suit for my dad’s funeral. That’s when I met Nick what a great person!! We chatted for a bit and I asked him to help me pick out a suit and he did and even though it was for a sad moment he took the time to find and fit me with the perfect suit. Since then I have purchased 4 suits for other various events and I only go to Nick, he knows his stuff but just a great guy but very professional he takes the time to meet every need I come in for and just today I purchased 2 suits with all the trimmings!!! Nick thank you for all your help and professional advice but most of all making the experience so pleasurable. If you need a suit or anything for a night away or a trip see Nick he won’t disappoint!!!!!
