Tip Top Store # 12167, Kingston, Ontario is top notch. The sales associate, Addison, was amazing! She helped me pick out a really nice suit to wear to a wedding. It is the best fitting suit I have had in a few years. The assisted me with selecting a nice shirt and tie and explained how a pocket square would really elevate the look. She is absolutely right. Also, she was the only staff member in the store at the time (I am glad to say she wasn't left alone too long as another staff member arrived), she was assisting me, and helping others who entered the store. . Customers seemed to all enter the store at once. She was bouncing back and forth between several customers, but always returned to me promptly and continued measuring for my alterations. She is very knowledgeable and her sense of style is impeccable. This was a very easy and pleasurable transaction for me as I don't shop for suits very often. And the alterations were perfect.

Lash was great to deal with at the st. Vital store. Gave me great options to pick from. Very helpful for someone who never buys suits. Pants shipped to the house for no charge was also a nice touch.

We just wanted to give a huge "Shout Out" to your employee Rochelle at the Mic Mac Mall location in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. She was absolutely AMAZING! We went in and she took such good care of us. We have our sons wedding in Calgary July 23rd, our other son is is the best man and his suit pants were to big for him, she got him all sorted out and he was off back home to Germany for a couple of weeks until the wedding on the 23rd.
