I was looking to exchange a man’s sweater for a different size and couldn’t find an available one. I called the Kildonan Place on Regent Ave in Winnipeg, MB. location and spoke with Haytham. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He checked his inventory though didn’t have the size I required. I had already phoned the other locations with no luck. The Kenaston location was closed for the evening and Haytham offered to check their stock. The system showed that they had one in the required size. In the morning, I will phone Kenaston to confirm and if they have, I will do my exchange with them. It was a pleasure speaking with Haytham. I appreciate his digging ( which only took a couple of minutes). He cared, listened and made me feel valued. Excellent service. Please put his name in for employee of the month.
