Customer service is excellent and i love their products, rewards program and vip program. I have a ton of tyc products and I love to share about this company to others since most people in the east coast aren't familiar with TYC.

Tyc is my favorite brand, not only are the products cute, comfortable and high quality but the customer service is outstanding! They let me return items after the 30 days and get store credit and they are very responsive. I love thr rewards program and vip program too!
