I used to recommend this brand to everyone, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. It’s been over two months since I placed my order, and I never received it. I had to send multiple emails just to get any kind of response. The only update I received was that there were manufacturing issues and my order would ship the following week—yet nothing ever arrived. After more weeks and more unanswered emails, I finally had to go through the website to request a cancellation and refund. The only reply I received was, “We canceled your order. ” No apology, no explanation, nothing. After being a loyal customer for years, this experience has completely changed my opinion. Sadly, I’ll be shopping elsewhere moving forward.
