'Caitlin', several time I spoke and they said they are chasing my order. Now 2 days later after chasing my order it's delivered. Also do you know I placed two orders, 1. One was supposed to be delivered 16 tiles on Wednesday 22 sep 2. Second one, 8 tiles on Thursday, 23 SEP I received 8 tiles on Wednesday 22nd which was supposed to deliver on Thursday 23rd. I can see you guys are really messed up and have no idea whatsoever what are you delivering, when are you delivering. No idea at all. The one supposed to deliver on Wednesday 16 tiles never delivered. The story starts here, on 22nd I received a call around 9:30 from tile mountain that no one at home to receive the tiles and at the same time they throw away 8 tiles outside my house. Very funny. I am chasing my order since last 3 days and every time your colleagues said they are chasing my orders and now suddenly we came up with this theory. " I've tracked your order and can see they have been delivered and have taken a picture of them at your property." I can't think of making it more messy, please deliver my remaining 16 tiles so I can do something else in my life.

Customer service was great, loved
Customer service was great, loved the recommendations on the website about adhesive, grout and silicone would normally have gone for white but the grey looks much better with the tiles! Shipping was on time and when I needed 2 more box the showroom were really helpful!
