Quality of tiles are excellent. Delivery experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Tiles due to arrive on a Friday - didn’t. Tiles then due to arrive on the Monday - didn’t. Tiles then due to arrive on the Tuesday - did (with tiles in 2 boxes completely smashed to pieces) In fairness, I was sent replacement early Wednesday morning which was a quick turnaround. Overall, despite receiving some money refunded as compensation, I am still a 3 figure sum down due to having to cancel my tiler twice with less than 24hrs notice due to the tiles not arriving when it said they would.

Generally good, please wrap tiles properly, especially the edges. You could use thick cardboard edging, it will help with lots of transportation damages. at the time of the delivery. it will be nice to accept the wooden pallet back from the customer and recycle it.
