So I know this product is intended as a drink mix, but I always mix a small amount in my Greek yogurt in the morning. It mixes great and only changes the original flavor of the yogurt slightly. If you are like me breakfast is one of the meals where getting veggies quickly is difficult. It is hard to tell if I am getting actual benefits from using this product, but it does give me peace of mind that I am getting a dose of greens in the mornings.

Honestly one of the best products I’ve ever used. The mental clarity and focus is unparalleled and the taste (even with only water) is incredible. The Ambrosia line DOES NOT disappoint.

My son only uses mts protein. I mistakenly bought him triple chocolate cake flavor instead of chocolate. It has pieces of chocolate in it which makes it’s weird to drink. I suppose if you were baking with it, it would be good.
