The full-length double zip is a standout feature for easy changes, and I loved being able to get the matching sun-safe hat as part of the set. Delivery was on time with tracking, checkout was smooth, and the price felt very reasonable for a small Australian-owned business. I loved it so much I’ve already bought the next size up. Ordered a swim suite. Came in good time. Unfortunately it was much too small (smaller than one in size down that we had grown of from another brand). Justine emailed me back right away and I posted back. Refund was issued quickly. Good customer service. Shame I had to pay shipping both times ways so out of pocket approx $20. Would definitely size up. Colour and quality seemed good but just really small.

Shipping fast. Quality of product very good. Due to unavailability of the product I ordered I had to choose an alternate swimsuit - same quality however the sleeves were shorter than the original order so I was a little disappointed.
