I had originally ordered from another company, but found out that they couldn't get it to the recipients for over 5 days...and had no interest in trying. I found Thought Presence and they seemed to really fit the need perfectly. The very name expresses what was most important to us....we wanted quality food items that would convey our heartfelt desire to be there for them. The person I spoke with was so helpful and kind, and made thoughtful suggestions for substitutions for an item that was currently unavailable. It was a great experience, and our friends loved the basket!
