We ordered some gift baskets for clients who were coming to town for a meeting. The baskets were very nice and just what we wanted. Thoughtful Presence worked with the hotel to ensure they were placed in their rooms before check-in, were very easy to communicate with, and overall just a great company to do business with. We had a mere 4-5 hours to get a last minute really nice gift basket ordered and picked up for delivery for one of our top partners located in Chicago...I am not local to the area so upon a quick google search I came across Thoughtful Presence. I was hoping the bear looked like Peef and was surprised when I received a text last evening that it had already arrived!! She said "yes" it did!! The Mom said the 1 year old was tucked in bed with his Peef bear but they were waiting to open the wrapped package until his birthday! He wanted his Peef right away!! I sent two clients the Elegant Holiday Gift Basket. In both cases, I work with a team of people and wanted everyone to enjoy the gift. One client has a short staff on Thursdays and Fridays. When placing the order, I called and said that the gift needed to be delivered on Wednesday or we needed to wait till next week. Mary and her team worked fast and sent out the gift the same day I ordered so it would arrive on Wednesday. Then she sent tracking info so I could monitor the delivery.
