On day two of taking the L-5-methylfolate supplement, I felt more energized than I had in years. When I took my ADHD stimulant, it no longer had an effect because my brain was working so much better, and I even went down on my anti-depressant. I got the liquid kind for my 7 year old which has also been extremely helpful!

I never received the vitamins and I received an email stating that I did receive. So I contacted the company and they said they would send replacements which I never got. And now I can’t even get a reimbursement I’m so disappointed
