Online ordering is about all I do these days. Beats going out and dealing with the piles of walking all over the store to find what you need. I was browsing the web when I came across a site called The Thomas Cattle Co. While reviewing the ranch's history, I decided to try their products—I ordered some Dog Bones and five one-pound packages of ground Angus Beef. My order arrived a day later—all the way from Idaho to Texas. The package was in good shape, not beat up, and when opened, the coolness was great because Texas is hot, and the dry ice was completely gone. That was the only thing that scared me: whether the meat would begin to spoil; however, it was not the case. The merchandise was still cold, and when we finally made hamburgers, hamburgers never tasted so good! I sent an email to let the Thomas Family know how excellent their products were and that we would be buying again. The only reason I gave 4 3/4 stars instead of 5 was that the dry ice was completely gone when we received the package. In my email, they assured me, sending to Texas again they would add a bit more dry ice.

TCC is our favorite beef!

We are a family that does not like liver so we decided to try this to see if we could sneak it in. It does hide it really well, but there’s still an essence of liver. . If you really really don’t like liver it’s still hard to eat, but I think it’s a really good product for anybody who doesn’t over think it. I will continue to buy other products from this company though very good quality meat!

Never a problem with the quality of TCC. Everything I have ever gotten has been very good. Very convenient to have delivered. But I'm starting to have problems affording it. This small steak bundle came out to $34/lb.

My family purchased our first quarter cow this year with TCC and the results have been amazing. Above all else, I will say that this is some of the best meat I have ever had. The meat is delicious and juicy - we have really enjoyed the ground beef, chuck roasts, skirt steaks, and ribeyes! It is such an awesome thing to have a freezer full of it! The TCC team was great to work with and the process was seamless with clear communication from purchase to pick-up.
