This was our third Christmas in Idaho and the third year we served TCC prime rib for Christmas dinner. We have cooked it different each time - kosher salt and seasoned for 24 hours then smoked or roasted, but this year we did both (low and slow) and everyone agreed it was the best prime rib we’ve ever had!

I'm incredibly grateful for TCC, their ground beef is a huge hit in my house, and that says a lot considering how picky some of my family is.

I signed up for the 10# off on login, but did't get it until after I had received my order. I had to pay $60 shipping on 2# of steak. Excessive
