A complete diagnostic and finally use

I ordered the product online. I had an issue with receiving all the extras that were advertised online. I was told that I purchased the tool thru Shopify and the extras didn't come with a purchase thru Shopify. Apparently depending on how you purchase from their website it redirects you to Shopify. After a few emails this was all straighten out and they sent me my products.
