Ordered a one piece hose with handle for my shark vacuum. It was defective, so I sent a picture of the broken part. Once the company received my information, they decided to send me a refund. No replacement was even offered. Also the only way to contact the company was through email. No customer service phone number. This company also let me know I was not the only customer complaining and that the same part I ordered I was told that there was a bad batch and the warehouse was investigating this problem. It appears to me this company has no quality control in place. As far as I am concerned you can't run a business this way! Better take a look at how you are running your business!

This product {Aprilaire 201 furnace filter] gives new meaning to the word SHODDY !!!!!!!!! The fabric repeatedly tore while getting it out of the box. Terrible product NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE - In March 2022 I bought a replacement hose for a vacuum and a button broke away from it the 1st time I used it. I sent it back and received an email that it was received. I was told I would receive a credit 1-2 weeks after it was returned. I never received a credit. I contacted Customer Service and they wanted the return tracking number which was on the label they sent me to return the package, I did not have it. I forwarded the email I received that confirmed that they received the return. I contacted Customer Service 2 more times. I was finally directed to call a service number but all I got was a recording stating that “this line does not receive phone calls”. I contacted Customer Service again and was told I should keep trying the number because he let them know about my order. It is now July 2022 and I have NEVER received a credit. I now have to go buy a new vacuum when all I had was a cracked hose. I DO NOT recommend Think Crucial because they have my money and their broken part.
