Really easy process and great communication from the team. As we have a need for a curved mattress, we made a template, sent it in and got the sheets and mattress really soon after.

Mattress arrived quickly and fit our cot exactly as advertised. Would not rate the courier used (they left our delivery in the greenhouse where we didn't find it for a week!) But the product is great.
