The shipping and service is fast and in time. The desk is great, castors are functional, cable management kit is nightmare.

Desk was not delivered on time. One of the factors in deciding in this brand was delivery time. No live voice to answer immediately when calling with questions. Understood, just breaking out, limited team, start-up mode, but I almost felt I was scammed for a brief moment due to delivery not showing up on time as promised, that and no live voice to answer at customer service, and your location seemingly in an unmarked warehouse. However, if the parts, main assembly are German as you say (quality), and other parts also well built, who cares where it is shipped from. Perhaps we should connect sometime. Buying it online and the timing of shipping it out was fine. However, your shipping company left the boxes outside in the pouring rain. They were out there for few hours before we found them and the bottom of the boxes were sodden, making it difficult to move them inside without ripping the box and damaging the desk. Simple courtesy to ring the doorbell and alert the customer would have gone a long way (suburban location, two cars in the driveway, so obvious someone was home.)

I bought The Kloud for a new office that I opened in early 2021. I chose the Urban Oak top with a black base and casters. It is really beautiful as well as sturdy, and it is very easy to raise and lower in just 2 seconds. I LOVE THIS DESK so much that I’m planning to buy another one for my home study. Great product, great customer service, great people, great company!!!

I can not believe how easy it was to set up my desk. Not to mention how quickly it lowers and rises. Furthermore, the lack of electricity makes my desk now only more versatile, as far as where I can place it, but has zero cost and has a zero carbon footprint. I give this 6/5 stars.

The desk was well packaged and is very well made. The only downside is that it shakes a bit when you type because the desk is cantilevered from the supports in the back.

Can't speak more highly of the build quality of my desk. I use an electric desk at work and find that I use my pneumatic desk more in both positions because it's just plain quicker to adjust.

It's easy and fast to change the height. It's the best standing desk I've ever had.

I have owned the Andern desk for one year now and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I bought the desk as I was working at home due to the pandemic, and I was missing my standup desk at the office. The desk has been a back and neck saver for me over the past year, and it’s just as solid now as it was when I bought it. I also like it is made in the USA!

Easy to use, and the deck has good wood quality. The only problem is, it is a bit shaky, not as stable as those with 4 stands.

I bought the Andern because I was taking on an online summer teaching job and have been battling some ongoing flare-ups of a back injury, so I was looking at potential sit-stand desks that could help me out. I did a bunch of research on the other electric desks, and when I came across this non-electric pneumatic desk, the decision was a no-brainer. Having the flexibility to sit or stand has honestly been a lifesaver throughout my recovery/healing process. Inadvertently I also accepted a new wfh job beginning in the fall and I am SO glad to have made this purchase.

As with most of the world, my job moved me home 18 months ago. My prior desk was sufficient but I wanted better. Sure I probably could have saved some $$$ but I guarantee I wouldn’t have received the high quality desk that currently occupies my office space. I highly recommend watching the YouTube video a time or two (honestly, more like TEN) BEFORE you start building it. There aren’t very many steps but somehow I still managed to mix something up. I do recommend the cable management package too…if I didn’t have it, my cables would be a disaster.
