Great purchase. Written directions could use some editing and correction, but otherwise pretty obvious to put together. Smooth in operation. Works great.

I love this desk! It's bigger than I expected it to be, but that gives me plenty of room to stretch out at my WFH job, while still allowing my spouse to come work next to me if they needs to. It's super easy to lift and lower, and I find myself doing that quite a bit. When I first tried it, I was surprised at the upward lift. It was a bit hard to get back down. I've gotten the hang of it now though and love that it isn't electric. Their team was great to work with as well. They arranged an unfinished solid wood top for me, and I'm going to finish it soon with products of my choice!

Extremely high quality! Fits really well with their large wooden tops, a little too much upward force for smaller desk tops. I had a specific piece of wood I wanted to use as a top, and the Nimbus base isn't adjustable to lighter tops. So I had to return it. Excellent customer service!

The Kloud is a great standing desk. I am a small woman, not strong at all, and I can lift the desk even though there is a lot of weight on it with a dual monitor and laptop setup. The biggest trouble we're had was with shipping, as the unit weights a lot and the frame was bent on arrival, so we needed a replacement. Rob handled everything and we got what we needed with no trouble. I would suggest improving the packing method, as the second desk we received also had damage, but it was only the hydraulic cover plate, which we were able to bend back with a rubber mallet. The shipping had again destroyed the foam blocks that are supposed to secure the legs in place, and they were moving freely in the box. Nonetheless, we are extremely pleased with both the desk and Rob going out of his way to help us.

I am super happy with my beautiful mocha beech tabletop/black legs combo! I had some trouble during assembly (an extra bag of wood screws came with my desk, and I started using them where they didn't belong--yikes!). After standing at two different make-shift desks for several years, I am very happy to finally be standing at my very own Klöud.

My experiences with the standingdesk company were super positive. Rob responded to my initial inquiry right away, even offered his phone number, and answered further questions promptly before buying and during set-up. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. When I had an issue with the chair I bought with my Kloud desk, he went over and beyond what could be expected to remedy the situation. I recommend these folks highly - I wish all businesses were like this!

I recently changed the top to one of the new colors and I’m enjoying my desk a lot! Been using for multiple years now.

Delivery and materials are great and sturdy. The desk construction thought is not as sturdy as it should be, there is some play in the head pitch and rotational (in the surface area plane). The resting position is not level, it's angled down by about 5% which doesn't seem intentional. Pens will roll off. Feels overpriced for the quality... The oak color is not as warm as photos make it appear. Interesting that all the reviews on the site are 5*... will my review ever be posted. TBH I don't think you will post it, but you might read it, so please improve your quality control.
