Horrible service. Two cups out of the case we bought were missing pieces and you will not just send replacement pieces. All you’re offering is $10 to go towards ordering replacement pieces which doesn’t cover the pieces and shipping so now I’m paying to replace pieces that you didn’t include in my order. This is unacceptable

If you are working on any type of deadline I would not order from Hogg/Stainless Steel Depot. I ordered 75 of can coolers because they ship faster than my usual supplier. The initial order had 41 chipped cups, my replacement order had 6 more chipped cups, and who knows if I’ll get actual good ones on this replacement. I asked if they could be quality checked before they shipped. Nope. Will not order again. Sad too because I was willing to pay a little more to supper a US supplier.
